From the moment an order enters preparation to the moment it reaches its destination, we aim to make each stage easy to understand.

Preparing Your Order

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

On The Way

Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs review and local service conditions.

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is available on orders over US$45. Orders below US$45 are charged US$5.99 for standard shipping.

Where Orders Begin Their Journey

Orders are primarily fulfilled from facilities in China. Some orders may use our own or partner fulfillment facilities depending on inventory and destination.

Following Your Parcel

Tracking information is normally provided after shipment where available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

When A Journey Takes Longer

If an order is delayed, please contact service@varenqio.com. We will review the shipment status and help clarify the next reasonable step.

If A Parcel Appears Lost

If tracking stops updating or a parcel appears lost, Varenqio may open a review with the carrier or fulfillment partner. A replacement, refund or other solution may be considered after the review confirms the issue.

Delivered, But Not Where Expected

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please check nearby delivery areas, household members, reception areas or local delivery points first. If it remains missing, contact us with your order number and delivery details.
