Order Cancellation Policy

If your Varenqio order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation.

Once shipment has begun, the return process applies instead.

Cancellation Before Shipment

Cancellation requests may be sent to service@varenqio.com before shipment. Please include your order number and checkout email.

Address Correction Before Shipment

Shipping-address corrections may be requested before shipment. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

No Quantity Change After Order Placement

Quantity changes are not supported after an order is placed.

No Product Or Variant Change After Order Placement

Product and variant changes are not supported after order placement. If the order has not shipped, cancellation and reorder may be recommended where appropriate.

After Shipment

Once shipment has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled. Eligible items may be handled under our Return & Exchange Policy after delivery.
