Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition and returned with packaging and accessories when applicable.

Change-Of-Mind Returns

For preference or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If Something Arrives Wrong

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order details. Varenqio will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution at no additional reasonable return cost to the customer.

Exchange Options

Direct exchanges may depend on inventory and product availability. When an exchange cannot be supported, cancellation and reorder or return and refund may be recommended where appropriate.

Product Condition

Returned items must be clean, unused and suitable for review. Items showing use, damage unrelated to delivery or missing essential packaging may not qualify for approval.
