Once an eligible return reaches us and has been reviewed, Varenqio aims to make the remaining process clear.

Approved refunds are initiated within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Review

Returned items are inspected to confirm condition, order eligibility and whether all required items or accessories have been included.

Original Shipping And Return Costs

For preference returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. If the issue is caused by a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Varenqio will provide an appropriate solution at no additional reasonable return cost to the customer.

Processing Time After Approval

Once initiated, the time needed for funds to appear may depend on the card issuer, bank or payment provider.
